It is made of raw materials with a molecular weight of more than 3 million. Its wear resistance is 8 times that of carbon steel and 5 times that of nylon. The friction coefficient is as low as 0.07-0.11, and it remains stable in an environment of -260℃ to 80℃. The sheets formed by the molding process are widely used in scenes such as mine conveyor linings and new energy hydrogen storage tank linings.


2. High-density polyethylene extruded sheet: the "all-round guard" of environmental protection projects


The density of HDPE sheets produced by extrusion process reaches 0.941-0.96g/cm³, and it has both acid and alkali corrosion resistance (withstands 70% concentration of sulfuric acid), -100℃ low temperature toughness and 0.01% ultra-low water absorption. 30-100mm customized specification sheets have excellent performance in the fields of landfill anti-seepage systems, agricultural irrigation pipes, etc., and with anti-ultraviolet modification technology, the outdoor service life exceeds 15 years.


3. Polypropylene sheet: the "all-rounder" of lightweight manufacturing


Through copolymerization modification technology, PP sheet is given 110℃ temperature resistance and fatigue resistance. The lightweight advantage of only 0.9g/cm³ makes it the preferred material for automobile bumpers and building templates. The flame-retardant modified version has passed UL94 V-0 certification, replacing traditional metals in the field of electronic and electrical insulation components, reducing the weight of equipment by 30%.


4. CNC machining of engineering plastics: the "smart brain" of precision manufacturing


Relying on five-axis linkage CNC equipment and thermal deformation compensation algorithms, more than 30 types of engineering plastics such as PEEK, PA6, POM, etc. can be processed with a tolerance accuracy of ±0.02mm. The surface accuracy of artificial joints manufactured in the medical field reaches Ra0.2μm, and the processing qualification rate of 5G communication waveguide devices exceeds 99.8%, meeting aerospace-grade standards.
