In the new era of industrial manufacturing moving towards intelligence and customization, we use ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene molded sheet (UHMWPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) extruded sheet, and polypropylene (PP) sheet as the core substrate, combined with five-axis linkage CNC precision processing technology, to provide global customers with full-chain OEM services from material research and development to terminal finished products, and use the "material + process" dual engine to drive personalized manufacturing innovation.




1. Customization of core materials to meet the needs of multiple scenarios



Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene molded sheet(UHWMPE Sheet ): The molecular weight reaches 9.2 million, and the fluidity is enhanced by nano-silicate modification. It supports wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, food-grade and other multi-model customization. It can process complex components such as mine conveyor linings and medical artificial joints, and has stable performance under extreme working conditions (-260℃ to 80℃).


High-density polyethylene extruded sheet(HDPE Sheet): Density 0.941-0.96g/cm³, 15 years of outdoor life through UV resistance modification, and supports 0.5-100mm thickness cutting on demand.


Polypropylene sheet(PP Sheet ): After copolymerization modification, the temperature resistance reaches 110℃, and the lightweight characteristics (density 0.9g/cm³) are combined with flame retardancy (UL94 V-0) and fatigue resistance. It can be customized into lightweight automotive bumpers, building templates and other structural parts.




2. Precision CNC machining to unlock the potential of complex structures




Relying on five-axis linkage CNC equipment and thermal deformation compensation algorithms, we achieve micron-level precision machining of engineering plastics (tolerance ±0.02mm, surface roughness Ra0.2μm). Technical highlights include:


Complex surface molding: It can process more than 30 materials such as PEEK, PA6, POM, etc., and supports the customization of special-shaped parts such as medical artificial joint surfaces and 5G communication waveguide devices;


Process database driven: Dynamically adjust parameters based on material shrinkage characteristics (such as UHMW-PE molding shrinkage of 0.8%-2.5%) to ensure dimensional stability;



3. Full-process service guarantee, enabling agile manufacturing



Design collaboration: Support 3D drawing import and structural simulation optimization, and quickly respond to non-standard parts such as gears and sliding bearings;


Flexible production: Equipped with plastic molding extrusion equipment production line and intelligent CNC production line, 24-hour response to emergency orders, and delivery cycle shortened by 50%;
