HDPE sheet (high-density polyethylene board) is a thermoplastic engineering plastic sheet made of high-density polyethylene resin, with high crystallinity (80%-90%) and density range of 0.941-0.960g/cm³. The product is milky white or customized color (such as black, green, blue, etc.), with a smooth surface and can be processed into a glossy or matte texture. The thickness covers 3-160mm, and the size is flexible to adapt to various specifications such as 1220x2440mm to 1500x3000mm. Its core advantages include: excellent chemical corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents; excellent mechanical properties, with high rigidity, impact resistance and wear resistance, and a tensile strength of 22-31MPa at room temperature; outstanding electrical insulation and water vapor permeability, suitable for electrical equipment protection and moisture-proof engineering. In terms of environmental protection, HDPE board is non-toxic and odorless, meets food contact standards, and can be 100% recycled and reused. It is mainly used in chemical storage tank linings, water conservancy anti-seepage projects, logistics packaging boxes, mechanical wear-resistant parts and building waterproof layers, and maintains stable performance in the temperature range of -70℃ to 100℃.

I. Physical properties
1. High density and mechanical strength
- Density range 0.941–0.960 g/cm³, giving it high rigidity and impact resistance, suitable for scenarios with high strength requirements.
- Excellent wear resistance, can withstand long-term friction and wear, often used in industrial equipment protective plates, conveyor belts, etc.
2. Temperature resistance
- Long-term use temperature range -70℃ to +90℃, still maintains good toughness and impact resistance at low temperatures, and softening point at high temperatures is about 130℃.
3. Low water absorption

1. Corrosion resistance
It has excellent tolerance to most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and alcohol), but is easily corroded by strong oxidizing acids (such as concentrated nitric acid).
- Insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, strong chemical inertness.
2. Impermeability
The molecular structure is tight, which can effectively block gas and liquid penetration. It is often used in impermeable membranes, chemical tank linings, etc.
