1. Food-grade safety and environmental protection attributes

Beyond 's engineering plastics have all passed GB 4806.7-2016 food contact material certification, do not contain BPA or heavy metals, and can be directly used in food processing scenes. The surface of the HDPE cutting board (PE Cutting Board) is dense and non-porous, inhibits bacterial growth (E. coli antibacterial rate> 99%), and supports 100% recycling and regeneration, which is in line with the global ESG trend.

2. Excellent physical properties

Impact resistance and wear resistance: The impact strength of HDPE cutting board is ≥30kJ/m², and the scratch depth after high-frequency cutting by the knife is only 1/3 of that of wooden cutting board; the surface hardness of PP sheet is R80, which can withstand 120℃ high-temperature steam sterilization, avoiding the problem of thermal expansion and contraction of traditional wood.

Chemical corrosion resistance: PP sheet can withstand the acid-base environment of pH 2-12, and it remains stable after long-term contact with oil and detergent, which is suitable for use as kitchen countertops.
