4. Corrosion resistance is insoluble in general solvents and has good anti-corrosion effect on a variety of organic and inorganic chemical reagents.
5. High strength, it has the best mechanical strength among plastics. It also has high rigidity and surface hardness.
6. Convenient processing Parts can be directly processed by injection molding. It can be post-processed by turning, milling, drilling, tapping, bonding, ultrasonic welding, etc.
7. Hydrolysis resistance In steam exceeding 250°C or soaked in high-pressure water, PEEK products can still work for thousands of hours without obvious performance degradation.
8. Flame retardancy Without the use of any additives, the flammability rating of a 1.45mm thick PEEK sample is UL94 V-0.
8. Low smoke and non-toxic The amount of smoke and toxic gas generated during incineration is particularly low.
