Material performance and adaptability to construction scenarios


The engineering plastic sheets (such as PC endurance sheets, PA6GF30 reinforced sheets) and rods produced by BEYOND have shown significant advantages in construction projects due to their lightweight, corrosion-resistant and high-strength characteristics:


1. Lightweight and high-strength: PA6 reinforced sheets have a tensile strength of 150MPa and weigh only 1/5 of steel. They are suitable for transparent roofs, skylights and other scenes. At the same time, they can achieve more than 10 years of weather resistance through UV coating treatment.

Energy saving and environmental protection: PMMA sheets have a light transmittance of ≥92%, and the hollow layer design can reduce building energy consumption by 15%-20%; HDPE sheets have a water absorption rate of only 0.01%, which can resist acid and alkali corrosion when used as underground pipe gallery linings, and have a service life of more than 50 years.

3. Functional integration: Carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheets are processed into intelligent ventilation panels through CNC. After integrating temperature control sensors, airflow can be dynamically adjusted, reducing air conditioning energy consumption by 30%.

POM rail system: friction coefficient as low as 0.15, used for automatic door tracks in hospital clean rooms, switching noise ≤45dB, meeting the quiet requirements of medical environments.


3. Anti-corrosion and anti-seepage of underground projects

HDPE sheets are made into pipe gallery seals through CNC hot-melt welding technology, which has achieved zero leakage record in the Xiong'an New Area comprehensive pipe gallery project, and the construction efficiency has been improved by 40%.
